Building AI-Powered Experiences

For me, it's the unknown that fuels me. I can always count on collaboration and teamwork, but it's the curiosity about what challenge will come next, and what solution we'll have that I look forward to every day here. Especially in our field, we have to be both creative and quick. But at the same time, it's not a sprint. Going all in requires knowing when to take a step back and recharge. For me, that often comes with intense exercise, as well as from connecting with friends and colleagues through our social events and activities.

What I really enjoy about working here is that the challenges keep changing. It’s a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and that keeps me on my toes all the time. But more than that, what drives me is the strong sense of belonging I’ve built here. For me, the most important has always been the people. Fortunately, I have a great team here.

I love being able to apply my academic and research background in a hands-on, meaningful way. I'm passionate about language and speech, and I have the freedom to keep learning and contribute to real innovation. Collaboration is also a big part of my work, as I’m always partnering with teams across functions and locations, especially when we’re working under tight timelines or responding to customer needs. That team spirit makes a real difference.

I really love building great products with a team that works hard and cares. The teamwork and energy here is really impressive. Everyone tries their best, solving problems fast and helping each other without being asked. Not because they have to, but because they believe in what we are doing. This kind of teamwork gives me motivation every day.
